I would not like to show the existents workflow to user along a filter creation in file folder.

There are some way to disable the field to select the workflow in filter creation? or show only the workflow used in the forum?

Could you please clarify this? Do you only want a limited set of users to be able to see that a folder has a workflow in place?

The deal is:

I will have a lot of file folders with different workflows.

The questions is: Why i will create a filter with possible to select some workflow of other forum? I think there is no logical select a worklfow of other file folder (It should not be showed).

Please see the attached image.

I'm still unsure what you are aiming at. The attached image is clear on what you do not want to be displayed. But this the standard behaviour for filter operations as it is for advanced search. Which, as to my understanding, can not be modified.

If your goal is to limit the number of workflows a user can select on a specific folder you can allow only one workfow for that under > Manage > Configure.

Ok. I understand. I select only the workflow on a specific folder.

But i think that has no sense show a workflow to select that is not linked to the file folder. (think about i have 1000 workflow and only one is linked to a specific file folder). I think to solve this "changing" the default functionality.

Or can i completely wrong? This is possible.

:-)

Thanks a lot.

The workflows shown on the filter form should only contain the globally defined workflows (i.e., defined at the Site Admin level) and those defined for the folder or parent workspace. So, if you want to minimize the number of workflows shown, make sure not to define a lot of workflows at the global level. Instead, define them where they will be used. Then the number shown on the form will be minimal.
