Kablink Component
Just upgraded to 2.0.1 now all my pages show links to:
"Skip Navigation Links" "Skip Toolbar" "Skip Footer Toolbar" etc...
Its quite unsightly and I'd like to turn it off. Any ideas?

It sounds like your browser has cached the old style sheets. Clear your browser cache and try again. Exiting the browser often will do this for you, but you may have to do it from the browser tools menu.
