The following URLs are supported in Vibe, and might appear in the table above.
Permalinks
Permalinks are URLs that remain constant over time, and are used to reference individual workspaces, folders and entries. You can use them as bookmarks, or e-mail them to others. Copy and paste them as needed.
E-mail Addresses
If the folder owner has set up an e-mail address for this folder, then you can add entries directly into the folder via e-mail.

You can use this URL to synchronize Vibe task and calendar folders to your desktop calendar application.

I'm not exactly sure what you are asking for. However, if you want people to be able to find other people, then you must allow Visitor access at the Personal Workspaces folder. When you removed this role, that is what caused people not not be able to find other people.
If you want to not allow access to people's personal workspaces by default, then you need to change the access control setting in the User Workspace template. When the system ships, the default is that everyone has visitor access to each other's personal workspace. The template is what determines this default.
Go to the Site Administration menu and select Manage Templates. Then select the User Workspace template. Then set access controls for that template to not have All Users in the Visitor role. Having done that, any new user account created after this point will have that new access control setting. Unfortunately, those workspaces created before this point will have the access control set to allow user access. You will have to hunt down each of those workspaces and fix the access control settings by hand.
