I need to give access without login to a workspace and its folders located in global workspaces.

Even if the workspace and the subfolders give access as visitor to the guest user , the login banner appears when the URL is used to acces to the woekspace.

Is there a way to prevent asking for a username without compromising the security ?

Thanks

Daniel

Teaming won't prompt for the login name and password if you have allowed guest access from the site admin menu and if you give visitor access to the "guest" account for the workspace that you want them to see.

You can see that on the Kablink site. Virtually all of the folders are available without being logged in. It is true that when you are not logged in, the sidebar has a little form to allow you to login, but this is small and shouldn't bother anyone. You can also build your workspace as a landing page and turn off the sidebar if you don't want them to even see that.

Have you enabled guest access from the site admin menu?

There is something wrong with your license. The ability to turn on guest access is license controlled.

I have no idea who you talk to about this, but I know it isn't handled in this forum. Try going through the support people.

That's it.

My 2.0 license key was without guest access while my 2.1 license key is with Guest access.

The drawback is that when the user enters the teaming link he has no more the login banner but the guest personnal workspace.

Is there away to have the login page when guest access is enable ?

Thanks

Daniel

Turn off any "guest" access to the Guest Workspace, and you will always get a login page.

Thank you Peter.

It's working fine now.
