On our Beta 2 system we found that guest users (when access is enabled on the profile) can see items in folders that the guest user doesn't have acces to. They can access them through the New (site, teams, tracked places) tab of the profile. Search or Find is not affected, only this one page and only on the popular items part of this page.

Update: checked other users, and this is true for every user. Through this page all entries can be seen even if the user has no rights on a folder or workspace.
