This extension is a workflow extension that

1. Modifies a User's profile with Flickr account information.  (password should be hidden via a custom_jsp input textfield)
2. Adds a workflow that will publish a file of type image (.png, .jpg, gif, etc) to Flickr if the user wishes.  Workflow should use workflow questions to query the user about whether a particular entry should be published to Flickr.
