I've added for review a look and feel for entries of a folder displayed on a landing page. Find it at:

Teaming Prototype

  1. Select expand button at lower right of first entry. It expands the entry for more space to read contents.
  2. Issue: should the expanded size go to full length or an arbitrary height just so there is sufficient space to read the contents (with a scrollbar)? If the users want to read the whole entry, they canĀ  select the title, which opens the entry.
  3. Note: in the prototype, the scrollbar does not appear once the entry is expanded if the content doesn't fit the space. I'm working on getting this working. Also, if the content fits the space, the expand / collapse button should not display.

I've added a UI content plan and prototype for review. Please go out to the prototype and play with the interaction, especially the Export selection interaction.

Workspace Import / Export

I've added a new look and feel for Calendars in the Mobile Teaming prototype. Go to Home > My Workspace > Calendar to click through the interaction. Click the "Swimming Lessons" appointment to see the calendar entry view.

I've added a UI content plan for changing the masthead in the Cortez release. The ultimate goal is to redesign the masthead to allow a more flexible configuration, allowing customers to customize the look with three simple images and CSS colors changes. This is being suggested so we can gain a visible improvement to the UI for the Cortez release and show customers are intention to improve the look and feel of Teaming.

I've added screens of my prototype for User Data Quota. Check it out at:

User Data Quota

I've added the look and feel for a comment to an entry. Follow the My Workspace > Blog > Redundant User Interface Control > Entry path to see the comments. I've added the number of comments indicator on the right side in the Blog Entries list and on each blog entry. This is necessary since on the iPhone and Blackberry, most of the content and comments will be below the view port and scrolling will be necessary.

I've added some new look and feel interaction for the Mobile Teaming Prototype. Go to the Web-Based Teaming Access for Mobile Devices page to see the details.

I've posted the start of the Teaming Mobile prototype that you can hit from an iPhone. It will also display using any browser, too. Find the URL at http://www.kablink.org/~teaming_ux/1Web/testing/TeamingMobile/

I've posted the UI content plan for Mobile Teaming for feedback. Basically, I believe there will be the following views: Home, Teaming, Profile. Please take a quick look at the UI content plan and give me comments. It is a simple outline, associating the entities and actions together in logical groups.

The Landing Page Editor redesign UI content plan and UI prototype are now available for review. It you want to play with my prototype go to the Landing Page Entry to see the steps to follow.
