I like the forms/surveys/workflows that Teaming includes, but from my viewpoint to be used for capturing key business data and processes there needs to be some form of (management) data reporting available.  For example if there's a workflow for annual leave requests then most firms will want to be able to report on who has taken how much holiday during the year and format it as a nice looking report.

If the data is held in the sql database and not in external files then it should be possible to use third party tools (like Birt, Altova or Stonefield for example) to report on the data directly.  Is this realistic? I would be interested in trying this but would like to know more of the sql data architecture of Teaming.  Little information seems to have been published?
